The Hermit is a prime live music venue, with over a quarter century of history providing live music in Brentwood. The Hermit Club is open to over fourteens and has a non-alcoholic bar and a great atmosphere, offering a regular programme of live music on Wednesdays (young bands), Fridays (local Essex bands) and some Saturday specials. Other nights there is a developing programme of accredited training.
